Week Goals:
QSCI 292 TA goals: 1) Create modules for QSCI 292 Week 4 (3 modules for M,W,F, including pre-class quizzes) 2) Make a draft of Assignment 3 to post on Friday 3) Create solutions for Assignment 1, post, and grade for all students 4) Prepare for leading Tuesday class 5) Answer student discussion and email questions Research Goals: 1) Go through all of Kate's comments on the salmon manuscript, send questions to Andrew and Tom as needed. Once comments are all addressed and accepted, prepare for submission to Current Biology! 2) Run BASFOR model with climate data from Olympics NP 3) Schedule meeting with the Vogts to discuss NSF DOE grant proposal, draft proposal ideas and outline 4) Draft proposal ideas and outline for UBC-UW collaboration (mycorrhizal network dynamics, simulation and network modeling) 5) Explore question in equilibrium programming of mycorrhizal dynamics project Personal Goals (daily): 1) Eat 3 good meals a day 2) Drink at least 2 cups of water 3) Exercise or stretching (30 minutes) 4) Reading (1-2 hours in the evening) 5) Meditation (10 minutes)
